I was still running at three.
I was running through the halls of my large, vast school. The phrase 'They want me to be dead by now' kept coursing through my head. And by they I mean my parents.
I see the puzzled expression. Why would my doting, nice parents even consider doing something so horrible as giving their daughter the lethal injection? I don't know either.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not a criminal or anything. Death row…. It must stink to be on it, if this is how you feel. Then again, they're all insane. I don't know if it works the same way.
